NetScaffold Corporation is a Canadian company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, founded in 2006 by the project manager and senior developer of BBI Internet Publications Inc.

Working with the Rocky View School Division, BBI developed the first version of IPPS in 2002. We have since continued to work with Rocky View and other school divisions to enhance and improve the software, and in 2008 we released version 3 of IPPS. We have also continued to make enhancements and improvements to version 3 since its release.

NetScaffold Corporation continues to develop custom software, in addition to IPPS, for other clients. The software includes survey tools, website development tools, custom maps based on Google Maps.
