The IPP System (also known as an IEP System) is a web based program designed to handle all aspects of IPP creation, submission and storage.
At any time the system can produce the IPP as a PDF to be printed or emailed.
It has six different access levels so that everyone contributing to creating and approving the IPP can access it from anywhere at any time, but only have access to the areas and IPPs relevant to their involvement.
It has been our experience that every division has a different interpretation of the provincial government's requirements, and a separate set of internal needs.
The latest version of the IPP System was completely rebuilt with this in mind so that terminology can easily be changed, inputs and required fields can be added or removed, and entire new sections can easily be added in.
